Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Partner closely with supply chain and production teams to forecast inventory needs and optimize inventory levels.
• Analyze production costs, variances, and inventory valuation; provide insights to improve margins and operational efficiency.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial closes, including inventory reconciliations and analysis of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory turnover, production efficiency, and supply chain costs.
• Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business decisions related to production planning, supplier sourcing, and capital investments.
• Manage and monitor cash flow projections related to inventory purchasing and production cycles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing, and operational finance.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QAD, or similar) and business intelligence tools preferred.
