NXTGEN are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a prestigious Cambridge College. As a pivotal member of the Finance Team, you'll oversee financial accounting, audit, treasury, tax, payroll, and endowment management for the College, its trading subsidiaries, and associated Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of financial accounting, audit, and tax compliance.
Oversee treasury and endowment management processes.
Support payroll functions and ensure operational excellence within the Finance Office.
Provide leadership to a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
The ideal candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) and have proven experience managing a finance function. You will bring excellent leadership skills, a proactive approach to process improvement, and the ability to influence peers and stakeholders at all levels.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 36.25 hours per week, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact within a renowned organisation.
Salary: 60'000 - 65'000 depending on experience.
