Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Support capital planning and evaluate ROI of key investments
• Create strategic insights through data and financial analysis
• Perform market research to guide planning and growth initiatives
• Develop and track KPIs and performance metrics
• Build business cases for new opportunities and track initiative progress
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with corporate strategy
• Contribute to execution of key strategic projects, including M&A support, B2B strategy, and process optimization

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in strategy, finance, or corporate development
• Bachelor's in business, finance, or related field
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis
• Proven ability to communicate with leadership and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
