Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record(link removed)>
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing(link removed)>
35 years of substantive finance practice experience, with an emphasis on structured finance and/or corporate trust matters(link removed)>
Structured Finance Experience: Preferred candidates will have experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
Transactional Background: Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financial and transactional documents.
Collaborative and Proactive: A self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment, with the ability to manage responsibilities across multiple transactions.
Soft Skills: Excellent legal writing, client communication, and analytical skills, alongside strong business acumen are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Institutional Clients: Serve as counsel to trustees and collateral agents in a wide range of structured finance transactions.
Deal Execution: Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents including indentures, trust agreements, collateral agency agreements, and other related finance documentation.
Legal Counsel: Provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice regarding obligations, rights, and potential risks associated with structured finance matters.
Collaborative Practice: Work closely with other attorneys and firm staff to deliver timely, high-quality legal services on complex finance deals.
Client Service: Maintain and develop strong relationships with corporate trust clients through effective communication and trusted guidance.

Compensation & Benefits
Highly Competitive Salary: $250,000 $305,000, commensurate with experience.
