MTR Elizabeth line is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to support one of the UK's most innovative rail operators, delivering accurate and insightful financial analysis that drives strategic decisions and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce internal and external financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
Provide timely, accurate analysis to support cost control, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
Partner with department leads to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
Ensure accurate accruals, provisions, and project cost tracking.
Contribute to the development and improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting.
What We're Looking For:
Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven management accounting experience, ideally within transport or a related sector.
Strong commercial awareness with excellent Excel and reporting skills.
Confident communicator able to build effective relationships and influence at all levels.
