JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

This position will support as applicable to the Annex 1 Cost Management team. Primary duties include development of, and necessary revisions to Estimates to Completion, Estimates At Completion, and expense logs. Generate Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs) and respond to internal/external data calls. Generate and maintain contract charge numbers for Annex 1. Submit brief, concise monthly analyses explaining any and all variances between budgeted and actual costs. Review, track and log all personnel related movement/activity. Review, track and log all Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, employee reimbursements, invoices and travel expenses for assigned tasks/projects via expense logs. Maintain excellent communication channels between internal/external customers. Ensure that all duties and assignments are completed on time and conform to delivery schedule for contract deliverables. Ensure that all official/unofficial contract deliverables and correspondence conform to JT4 financial policies and/or government DoD cost accounting standards. Previous experience in cost and managerial accounting as well as government contracts and related cost accounting procedures is desired. Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft excel spreadsheets. Knowledge and experience with cost accounting applications and databases such as Microstrategy are desirable. REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE A bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent formal training and related experience are required for this position. In addition, a Finance/Budget Analyst I must possess the following qualifications:

• Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications

• Ability to perform detail-oriented work

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Planning/organizational skills

• Ability to work under deadlines

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision SALARY The expected salary range for this position is $73,632to $75,000 annually Note: The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed in a typical office environment with no unusual hazards. Occasional lifting (up to 30 pounds); constant sitting and use of a computer terminal; constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and editing documents; constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication; and constant mental alertness are required.
