We are a Corporate and Commercial Law firm looking to add a Finance Attorney to our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have 4-7 years of experience in credit finance & corporate transactions.

(This incentive alone can net you more than half of your base salary)

Job Details

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado
• Currently working at a top national/international law firm or in a sophisticated in-house role.
• 4-7 years of experience in Credit Finance & Corporate Transactions
• Experience reviewing, editing, and drafting primary loan documents for secured & unsecured credit facilities (borrower side)
• Experience with acquisition financings, and working with capital & venture debt facilities
• Experience with corporate transactions (equity financings, M&A transactions, etc.)
