This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action.This person will work closely with Finance Managers, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and key cross-functional partners to bring more scale, efficiency, innovation, and discipline to the Marketing, Analytics, Global Experience, and Design (MAGD) Finance team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, critical thinker who understands different perspectives and translates data-driven insights into thoughtful solutions. Equally important will be the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.

Required Skills:

Finance Associate, Cross-XF Finance (Marketing, Analytics, Global Experience, and Design) Responsibilities:

1. Develop a detailed understanding of the MAGD orgs and drivers of their Headcount and Expense growth
2. Operate with a solid understanding of core FP&A planning principles, processes, and deliverables such as
3. budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, accruals and close, variance analysis, and reporting
4. Drive and independently own quarterly financial consolidations (reporting), close and forecast processes end-to-end
5. Develop a clear and concise narrative for financial deliverables and stay up-to-date on MAGD business and financial updates on an ongoing basis
6. Support coordination with Corporate finance, Headcount Strategy, Mission Control, Accounting, HR, Recruiting on matters relating to HC and Expense budgets
7. Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting, reporting, and other financial processes for the MAGD Finance organization
8. Support ad-hoc analytics and reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Business Operations, or highly analytical related roles
2. Bachelor's degree
3. Experience building data-driven analyses and synthesizing in a cohesive, impactful narrative
4. Adept at building relationships with people across all levels and many functions

1. Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end while working across multiple business units
2. High attention to detail and strategic instincts
3. Experience driving and scaling operational process improvement
4. Experience with Financial systems (e.g. Essbase, SAP), dashboard reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) and SQL
5. Advanced Excel, GSuite, and financial modeling skills
6. Experience working independently with limited guidance, across multiple time zones (PST, EST, GMT, IST) with both Finance and key cross functional business partners

Public Compensation:

$92,000/year to $135,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
