We are currently hiring for a Finance Assistant in our corporate office located in Virginia Beach. We are seeking a qualified individual who can offer administrative support for our finance department. We are looking for someone with confidence, very energetic, and a problem-solver who likes to work as part of a team.

Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Working hand-in-hand with all departments to update new customer details into CRM
- Pulling customers' credit
- Collecting and recording company deposits
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of finance or office experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Note: Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred but not required.
Compensation details: 17 Hourly Wage
