Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a lovely company based in Brighton. The Finance Assistant will have proven all round accounting experience, credit control and accounts payable etc. The Accounts Assistant role is office based.
Salary: up to 30K
Location: Office based - Brighton
Hours: Mon-Fri - 8.30-5 or 9-5.30
Finance Assistant duties:
- Supporting the Finance Manager
- Credit control
- Monitoring and processing expenses
- Checking and processing of payments
- Reconciliations
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Supplier statements
- Support with month end and payroll when required
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in a similar accounts assistant / finance assistant type role
- Excellent IT and excel skills
- Good communication skills both verbally and written
