Your Mission:

Provide best-in-industry financial services to prospective and existing customer to support their purchasing, insuring and refinancing their boats and yachts

Maximize sales and profitability using Boat House tools products and services

Be the compass for ethical sales practices, enhanced employee engagement, and effective decision-making in alignment with Mgmt., Sales and admin teams.

Steer the course of continuous improvement, leading to enhanced job satisfaction, increased productivity, and alignment with Boat House priorities.

Captain the ship by implementing and communicating processes that drive desired outcomes of efficiency and financial accuracy.

Your Skill Set:

Strong sales and advisory skills
  • Identify customer finance and insurance needs through great customer interactions
  • Prepare sales presentations of TBHG financial services and products
  • Work with TBHG group of lenders and insurance partners to establish best outcome possible
Communication, Organization, Management:
  • Navigate through professional written and verbal skills.
  • Efficiently share opinions and processes with all employee levels.
  • Maintain the course with scheduled processes and adequate staffing structures for financial maintenance.
Record Retention and Organization:
  • Keep a tight ship by maintaining organized records of all transactions, documents, and customer information.
  • Adhere to record-keeping requirements for compliance and future reference.
Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Chart the course with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues during the sales and financing process.
  • Find creative solutions to meet customer needs and navigate potential roadblocks.
Contract Review and Compliance:
  • Expertly review and understand contracts, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Navigate through industry-specific compliance regulations.
F&I Sales Knowledge:
  • Understand the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Understand the core services and products offered through TBHG finance office
  • Prepare sales presentation of all THBG finance, Insurance, and product protection programs
