Morgan McKinley is looking for a Finance Administrator to work for a lovely company based in the Heathfield, East Sussex area. This is a great varied Accounts Admin role working closely with the Finance Manager, support with invoicing, payments, admin support etc.
Location: Heathfield, East Sussex - office based, parking onsite
Hours: 8.30-5 Mon-Fri
Salary: 26K
Finance Administrator duties:
- Creating and sending out invoices
- Sending out customer statements
- Processing payments
- Staff expenses
- Handing any finance queries and monitoring the accounts inbox
- Assistant with credit control, producing debtor reports
- Supporting the other teams with general office admin such as ordering supplies, booking the hire of equipment etc
Skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar account - Finance admin support role
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
