As we expand nationally, we're hiring a sharp, trustworthy Finance & Admin Coordinator to organize our financial operations and support the team.
Your Role:- Track daily expenses, bills, and invoices
- Prepare weekly cash flow reports for the CEO
- Handle vendor payments and order-related accounting
- Help manage delivery and order logs
- Assist with admin tasks related to showroom operations and inventory
- Work directly with our CEO and operations lead on a growing team
What We're Looking For:- 3+ years in finance, bookkeeping, admin, or operations
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through
- Must be in Atlanta and available to work on-site
Bonus if You Have:- Background in interior design, retail, or small business
- Knowledge of inventory management or operations systems
- Experience helping streamline back-office workflows
