Are you looking for an opportunity to drive impact in a high-growth, service-based industry? We're hiring a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our corporate team supporting one of the key operating divisions of a publicly consumer services company.
This role blends financial leadership with hands-on operational and accounting oversight. You'll partner directly with divisional executives to analyze performance, manage planning cycles, and deliver insights that shape strategic decisions. You'll also collaborate closely with corporate and field accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic financial advisor to divisional leadership, helping evaluate performance, identify trends, and improve profitability
- Coordinate with accounting to oversee the division's monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
- Develop reports and dashboards that explain key business drivers-including revenue, labor, materials, and fleet-and recommend actions for improvement
- Lead the division's annual budget and rolling forecast processes in partnership with FP&A and field leadership
- Maintain financial models and tools to support scenario planning, investment evaluation, and operational decision-making
- Prepare monthly performance summaries and variance analysis for senior leaders, supported by concise, actionable commentary
- Facilitate communication between finance, accounting, and operations to resolve questions and drive alignment
- Support field education by delivering P&L and financial literacy training to operational leaders
- Assist with M&A activities, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
- Participate in the design and rollout of improved reporting, leveraging modern analytics platforms like Power BI and Alteryx
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, with a strong focus on compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, MBA, or Master's strongly preferred
- At least 6 years of experience in financial analysis, business support, or accounting within a large, multi-unit organization
- A mix of finance and accounting knowledge with a demonstrated ability to bridge the two
- Advanced skills in Excel; experience with JD Edwards, Power BI, or Alteryx a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify financial data and influence stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel occasionally ( 10%) to stay closely connected with the operations you support
