DescriptionThe Production Operator is responsible for working in a safe manner while complying with requirements established by Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) - a process of identifying potential food safety hazards, as well as other regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities- Ensure Label changes on machine are correct.
- Ensure the proper cap color and date code on bottles.
- Flush fillers.
- Take samples & test in the Quality Control Dept.
- Complete reports daily.
- 2nd shift is responsible for sanitation, hand cleaning and hoses, work with chemicals.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements- Maintain physical conditioning sufficient to accomplish heavy lifting and climbing stairs multiple times per day
- Use of hand tools and repetitive tasks
- On feet 100% of time
- 4-5 day work schedule
