YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS. The Temporary Payroll File Clerk plays a vital role in supporting AHF's mission by assisting the Payroll Department in organizing and maintaining employee payroll files. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and data security.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Payroll and the Payroll Manager, the File Clerk is responsible for accurately filing employee documents and ensuring they are securely stored in the appropriate payroll files. The role includes creating new hire files, receiving and sorting employee documents, and pulling termination files as needed.

The File Clerk will be able to work independently and possess the basic administrative skills necessary for effective file management.

This role adds value to AHF and Department by ensuring smooth payroll processing operations.
