Scaffolding Service/Installation Technician
Bee Access is seeking a skilled and motivated Scaffolding Service/Installation Technician to join our team. This position is critical for the success and growth of Bee Access's Rack and Pinion business in North America. The results oriented, high visibility role reports to the VP of Sales, is a key member of our Sales & Manufacturing teams, and collaborates cooperatively with other departments to achieve superior customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

WHAT THE POSITION DOES:
- Dealer Support: primary responsibility for overall support of company Rack and Pinion Dealers to include training dealer personnel on installation/dismantling, operation, maintenance, service and trouble shooting. Provide parts and technical support, installation & dismantlement supervision when needed, dealer support on project estimating and quoting, and order processing.
- Strategic Planning: work directly with VP Sales and other management team members to develop strategic and tactical plans for Product Line(s) to grow dealer network, revenues, and margins.
- Product Improvement: Work directly with Product Engineering, Manufacturing and Marketing Teams on product development, customizations, training and support while acting as liaison for customer.
- Distribution: Assist in development of distribution facility, protocol and team for Rack and Pinion product line.
- Scaffolding Installation/Troubleshooting: Follow blueprints, plans or drawing to ensure scaffolding is assembled, dismantled and constructed correctly. Ensure maintenance and any possible issues are addressed, and all parts of equipment are functioning properly.
- Safety: ensure all safety requirements and protocols are being met with respect to OSHA codes, safety standards and regulations. Conducting safety inspections of scaffolding systems prior to use.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Scaffolding building. Rack and Pinion Products (preferred).
- Must have prior experience (minimum of 5 years) in Service/Installation of Scaffolding Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Scaffolding/Rack and Pinion Industry to include customers, competition, products and personnel.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time or as required.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, instructional training and organizational skills.
- Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated.
- Must be located in West Palm Beach, FL area.
