Field Technical Support Specialist. In this impactful role, you will provide essential technical support to roof restoration contractors, distributors, and sales representatives, focusing on SPF and coatings spray equipment troubleshooting and operator training. Your expertise will cover all CWT Roof Restoration Products, including Spray Foams, Acrylics, Silicones, and primers.
In addition, you will develop educational materials on installation best practices and assist the sales team in administering regional marketing programs, presentations, and conferences to further drive the growth of CWT Roof Restoration Products. This role involves substantial travel, averaging over 50% of your time.
Responsibilities: - Address inquiries and provide support to a diverse range of customers, including roofing contractors, technical representatives, sales representatives, distributors, architects, specifiers, and roof consultants.
- Conduct final inspections on completed roofing projects and review warranty leak claims.
- Serve as the primary training specialist for the Midwestern region, ensuring all equipment is fully operational for training sessions.
- Engage in fieldwork to assist CWT Roof Restoration customers, including job site visits, troubleshooting, and training for new operators.
- Implement training programs for CWT Roof Restoration applicators, estimators, and customers, enhancing their knowledge of equipment operation and application methods for SPF, Acrylic, Silicone, and primers.
- Conduct field tests, providing valuable feedback and solutions for experimental technologies related to CWT Roof Restoration systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile: - Comprehensive understanding of spray foam equipment is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with proficiency in Salesforce, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
