This position will report to our EnerSys Energy Systems business, which serves the telecom, cable broadband, industrial, renewable, and data center markets. Our portfolio combines our stored energy expertise with power systems, enclosures, and renewable energy products to deliver world-class solutions for diverse applications such as 5G, broadband, Internet of Things (IoT), data center, and solar power. Our cutting-edge technology includes Lithium batteries, Fault Managed Power Systems, and Extended Run Time battery backup systems that improve the reliability and resiliency of broadband networks.

Job Purpose

Provide technical and application support for EnerSys products and services, in the assigned area against profitable margins and in line with the business plan, in order to contribute to the realization of service-related sales and service targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Exercising discretion and independent judgment when dealing with critical matters within the organization
  • Acts as service liaison with various departments
  • Provides legal review to the service department in regards to service agreements, contracts insurance requirements and customer legal notices
  • Review and assist with customer questionnaires and EnerSys polices
  • Interpret and enforce work instructions
  • Work closely with customer service manager/service operations to provide support
  • Co-develop and implement the marketing strategy for assigned portfolios of products/services and contribute to the development of strategy on a higher level
  • Define, plan, manage and coordinate assigned projects and ensure execution and delivery
  • Conduct market research and competitor, supplier and customer analysis
  • Identify business opportunities
  • Manage the development and implementation of digital marketing
  • Support and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Identifying new suppliers to build service offering as well as field questions and solve basic technical product issues
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of marketing/sales experience
  • Previous Customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic math skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree in a related field
  • BaaN and SAP experience.
