Volt is immediately hiring for
a Field Support Rep in
Brimfield, Illinois. As a
Field Support Rep you will:
- Provide onsite supervision to successfully commission new equipment
- Perform onsite operator and maintenance training
- Develop customized maintenance programs as required for new equipment
- Provide technical support to customers at all stages of equipment life cycle
- Maintain field assessments for continuous improvement
- Assist customers with technical inquiries via phone, email, and onsite visits
- Coordinate with product support and engineering teams to implement product improvements
- Conduct periodic customer check-ins to assess equipment health
- Develop training per vehicle per work location
This is a
Full time, DIRECT HIRE opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 or 4 year technical education in heavy equipment
- Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in heavy mobile equipment service and repair
- Understanding of hydraulic and electrical control systems
Salary: $70,000 - 80,000/year Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
