Field Superintendent - Electrical Testing (NETA III or IV)

Location: Multiple Project Sites Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor field technicians conducting testing, commissioning, and maintenance on electrical power systems
  • Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and site logistics to keep projects on time and on budget
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards
  • Review and validate test reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and industry specifications
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, addressing site issues and ensuring project satisfaction
  • Conduct site visits to monitor safety practices, work quality, and technical progress
  • Provide troubleshooting expertise and real-time solutions to complex field issues
  • Support technician training and certification to uphold high technical standards across the team
  • Collaborate with business development teams, offering field insights that support client relationships and future projects

You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical power systems testing, hold a NETA Level III or IV certification, and have a proven track record of successfully leading field teams and managing complex projects. You're technically sharp, highly organized, and comfortable balancing leadership, client interaction, and problem-solving on active job sites.
