This Field Services Technician I position at our client provides primary support for end-user devices and computer hardware to IHA providers and staff. The role involves user support, maintenance, installation, and project coordination to support assigned systems. Key Responsibilities Works closely with the service desk team and leadership regarding hardware and network support necessary for daily operations. Installs new hardware as directed Moves IT equipment as needed and ensures that all information delivered to offices, administration, and departments is accurate, timely, and complete Performs other duties as assigned Schedule and Shift Details M-F, 8a-4:30p - No weekends. 6 week contract, extension possible. Must be able to start ASAP. Travel Travel will be required in this role as this requires set up of new computer equipment in new office spaces, located in Ann Arbor, MI and Dominos Farms locations.
