Field Services Sales Manager to enhance our safety-focused team. In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, broadening our customer base, and ensuring a consistent level of revenue and customer engagement within your district. Additionally, you will oversee the performance of all Account Managers in your area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize health and safety initiatives by following established policies and consistently acting in a safe manner.
- Drive revenue and margin growth; lead expansion efforts across various sales lines; support key account sales in your district; manage sales budget; and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Meet weekly with the District Vice President to review sales performance and develop strategies for cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication between operations and customer service, resolving disputes and assisting with contract management.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top Account Managers and Sales Representatives; manage their performance and provide coaching.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven sales and management experience is necessary.
- Field or Environmental Service experience is required.
- 5-7 years of management experience.
- Ability to assess account plans and appropriately assign accounts to team members.
- Strong analytical skills for financial reports and numerical data.
- Existing knowledge of the industry, with an emphasis on upselling and cross-selling capabilities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
