Field Service Technician Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and electrical issues on machines. The technician should be proficient with a multi meter as well as other required tools to accomplish repairs. They should have a good understanding of engines and how they operate.
Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations.
