TekPro Manufacturing is looking to hire Field Service Technicians with direct CNC Machinery experience. This is a Direct Hire permanent position that offers competitive pay rates, health benefits, and future career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in CNC machines.
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on a variety of CNC equipment, including lathes, mills, and machining centers.
- Install, calibrate, and test CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on proper machine operation and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed service records and reports.
- Travel to customer sites as required (overnight travel may be necessary).
- Adhere to safety guidelines and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Mitsubishi.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
