RION Equipment is looking for a Field Service Technician to perform field service and repairs on customer forklift and material handling equipment. You'll primarily be working independently driving a company provided service truck to the customer's place of operations, but you'll always have the support of the entire RION Equipment team. When you're not working in the field, you'll work at the shop.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
  • Remove, install, repair, disassemble, assemble, and perform failure analysis of all forklift and material handling equipment including engines, attachments, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, power train, brakes, steering, and electronic and computer applications.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair most types and brands of lifts
  • Read and understand schematics for electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Perform proper preventative maintenance in a timely manner
  • Work in a variety of customer locations and industry environments
