Location: Yuma Proving Ground, 301 C Street, Yuma, AZ 85365
Position Description: Prototype M88A3 Single Recovery Vehicle system Field Service Engineer. To support the M88A3 vehicles during shake down testing, U.S. Government testing and Log demo testing of the at the Yuma Proving Ground test site location.
Skills Required
Fully qualified to operate and maintain the M88A2 HERCULES vehicle at a very high comprehensive level. Has firsthand knowledge of the Yuma Proving Ground test site facility and fully understand the requirements associated with vehicle testing Proven ability to work with the USG test site management staff and the BAE Systems test management team.
Experience Required
Must have 8 - 10 years of experience working on the M88A2 platform. Experience that includes the ability to recognize safety issues or concerns before, during and after operations of the equipment. Have proven experience in following all site safety requirements and procedures. Able to and understands the importance of maintaining accountability of equipment, tools and materials associated with U.S. Government testing.
Education Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Have an associate degree in general studies or Applied Science. Or have 8 - 10 years of experience on the M88A2 platform.
