Join our team as a Service Representative at WithMe, Inc. As a
Service Representative at WithMe, Inc., you will work out of a designated region with the opportunity to expand into additional markets. You will play a key role in delivering and servicing our coffee and printing solutions, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
You will be reporting to the Service Operations Manager and will be the face of WithMe, Inc. to our customers, making sure their equipment is installed, serviced, and maintained to the highest standards.
What You'll Do: - Provide courteous, helpful service to our clients
- Coffee-related services: Install, program, calibrate, and maintain bean-to-cup coffee equipment; Troubleshoot coffee equipment both on-site and over the phone; Collaborate with coffee equipment manufacturers to repair machines in the warehouse and on client sites
- Manage inventory of all parts and tools
- Visit clients to provide ongoing operational checks, product delivery, preventative maintenance, and water filter changes
- Support our fleet of wireless printer stations as needed to ensure optimal operation and implementation for new customers
- Collaborate with operations and customer success teams for smooth service delivery
What You Will Bring - Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer service-related roles
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; coffee equipment experience is a plus, but training will be provided
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel: Must be located near a designated region and able to travel within that area, with occasional overnight travel
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift objects up to 65 lbs. (with assistance) and perform regular physical tasks such as standing, sitting, squatting, and reaching
- License: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a vehicle
- Other: Basic plumbing knowledge or willingness to learn
