Shermco US is seeking an Field Service Representative
Field Service Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the field.
Responsibilities - Travel to client sites to install, maintain, and repair equipment
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on equipment
- Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Document all service and maintenance activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a field service or technical support role
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed
