Your main challenges include:

  • Conducting customer visits as scheduled by Service Administration
  • Diagnosing and repairing all types of MTS equipment on-site and in the plant
  • Installing and maintaining MTS systems
  • Training customers on-site
  • Rebuilding MTS equipment
  • Performing force and displacement calibrations of MTS equipment to UKAS standards
  • Preparing visit reports, installation and service reports, travel expense reports, and timesheets
  • Managing materials documentation necessary for customer orders
  • Supporting Sales and Operations departments
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, legal, CE, and internal standards
  • Maintaining costs within budget
  • Tracking product modifications and technical changes to MTS equipment

Qualifications and qualities required:

  • Degree or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Experience in customer support and field service
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems
  • Understanding of electro-mechanical systems
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
