ROLE : Photocopier Field Service Engineer
LOCATION : Lancashire
Are you a forward-thinking field service engineer with either a print / MFD or break-fix background (ATM / EPOS / IT Hardware) and seeking a new challenge? Join a company that is ahead of the curve in IT solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintenance of MFDs
- Achieve high first-time fix rates for calls
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product training
- Manage vehicle stock
- Cover the areas of Lancashire
Requirements:
We are looking for experienced photocopier or break-fix service engineers living within the specified areas who can offer:
- Strong customer-facing skills and experience
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of industry best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proven technical experience in electro-mechanical systems
- Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
