The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of service operations including providing support to Branch Field Service Supervisors (FSS) along with Service Business Leaders (SBL)'s in the assigned HBS Profit Centers.

You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Richmond, VA location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate with Branch FSS's to ensure Service Agreements renewals are reviewed, rescoped if necessary, and PO obtained, prior to the service anniversary.
  • Participation in the organization and resolution of issues around billing block, cash collections, working capital, and invoicing.
  • Performing local branch functions including (but not limited to) maintaining regulator files, organization of documents, customer inquiries, running reports, and research for FSS's and SBL.
  • Collaborate with Branch FSS's to ensure time completion of Work Orders and SA's
  • Coordinate and/or perform SMS Reconciliation and Updates for new contracts, customers, and employees
  • Support SBL and FSS with ordering equipment and supplies, and issuing PO's to subcontractors

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a service operations team
  • 2+ years of experience servicing commercial clientele
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
WE VALUE
  • Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or higher
  • Experience in controls, mechanical, fire and security industry
  • Experience with a P&L
  • SAP experience
  • Experience dealing with customer satisfaction (growth and problem resolution)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
