About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Rep based in Miami who is a self-starter and self-motivated to help increase TVM's footprint within the core market.


The Field Sales Rep's primary responsibility is to grow the account base by acquiring, developing and servicing bar customers within a designated territory. This includes sourcing and closing new accounts and providing exceptional service. This role is highly interactive and has a strong sales and service focus.


Responsibilities

  • Identify leads and manage prospects to acquire new business in the bar and restaurant 21+ industry.
  • Conduct regular cold calls and outreach in the field to generate new sales opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Create plans and strategies to meet or exceed outlined quarterly sales goals.
  • Service and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business.
  • Effectively demonstrate the product to prospective clients understanding their needs and tailoring your pitch to show the value.
  • Manage assigned leads generated through website and referrals.
  • Complete CRM data management inputs through Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our partner venues receive seamless service and are happy and fully onboarded with the product.
  • Attend industry events, identify potential clients, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Monitor the competitive environment to understand and leverage sales opportunities.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 3+ years outside sales experience (or relevant beverage and bartending/restaurant management experience)
  • Strong face-to-face sales/negotiation skills
  • Service-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers

Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000 USD

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location
