Candidates must have exceptional mechanical aptitude and be knowledgeable about bearings, power transmission, electrical equipment, conveyors, rubber goods, pneumatics and plant supplies to ably apply our service, engineering and manufacturing capabilities to industrial customers' applications and needs.
Responsibilities Summary
- Develops thriving multi-million dollar territory by consistently delivering real value to clients through responsive, comprehensive and trusted solutions-focused service, which helps customers optimize their processes, productivity and profitability
- A people person equally comfortable in front of clients or via phone or video conference
- Capable of performing all aspects of the job from marketing, networking, prospecting, presenting, collaborating, negotiating, closing, measuring, surveying, troubleshooting and order fulfillment to installation support
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Proven track record selling complex system solutions
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with commensurate
- Presentation and creativity skills
- Willingness to travel with reliable vehicle and clean driving record
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in Industry experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year (combination of base pay and commissions is dependent upon on experience and sales success)
