About the Role
Tonic3 is a global digital agency known for delivering UX-driven, AI-enabled solutions. We're launching a local initiative to help small and medium-sized businesses modernize how they operate-from automating workflows to improving customer engagement.
As a Field Sales Rep, you'll canvas businesses face-to-face, learning what's working (and what's not) and offering digital solutions that actually help. You'll focus on high-potential verticals like restaurants, retail, and small manufacturers.
You'll build your own portfolio of clients and earn commission plus long-term residuals. We'll provide the tools, training, and flexibility-your job is to bring the hustle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Door-to-door outreach to SMBs in your territory
- Uncovering business pain points and recommending tailored solutions
- Managing your pipeline, following up, and closing deals
- Earning income from both initial sales and ongoing client value
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Are driven by uncapped earning potential
- Have direct sales experience (retail or B2B a plus)
- Are curious about AI and digital tools
- Communicate clearly and build trust fast
- Can work independently and stay organized
- Speak Spanish (a plus, not required)
