The Role
We're hiring a Field Sales Manager to drive growth in the hospitality, food, and beverage sectors. You'll work directly with venue owners-restaurants, bars, hotels-to introduce Finch's free digital screens and marketing tools, close deals, and build lasting relationships. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role ideal for a self-starter who thrives on connecting with people and closing sales.
What You'll Do
Prospect and pitch hospitality venues in your territory
Conduct 12-15 in-person visits daily
Deliver compelling demos of our digital screens and loyalty apps
Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
Track performance using CRM tools

Outgoing, energetic, and naturally persuasive
Resilient in the face of rejection and motivated by results
Effective communicator in person, by phone, and virtually
Comfortable working independently and in a fast-moving startup environment
What You'll Get
$16/hr base + uncapped commission
OTE $40K+ annually, with top performers earning $120K+
25 hrs/week to start, with potential to grow to 40 hrs/week
