Location: Hampton Bays, NY

Salary: $70,000 - 80,000

Our client is partnering with a leading pool construction and service firm known for its high-end residential projects. Our client is seeking a Field Sales Manager to join their growing team-someone who combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen and thrives in a client-facing role.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct on-site visits for pool construction, renovation, and seasonal service projects
  • Assess client needs and evaluate property and pool system conditions to craft tailored solutions
  • Create detailed written assessments and accurate project estimates using quoting software
  • Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (account managers, operations, service) to ensure successful project execution
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review contracts before final handoff to account management to ensure alignment and accuracy
  • Drive lead generation efforts across all service offerings, including seasonal and construction services
  • Build relationships with builders and property management firms to expand business opportunities
Tools & Technology:
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and lead tracking
  • Estimation and quoting tools for accurate, professional proposals
  • Mobile applications for field data collection and real-time updates
  • Project management software (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project) for internal coordination
  • Digital systems for documentation, inventory tracking, and client communications
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in pool construction, residential contracting, or a similar field
  • Strong knowledge of pool systems, construction processes, and industry regulations
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-able to translate technical info clearly
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to job sites
