Field Sales Manager to join their growing team-someone who combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen and thrives in a client-facing role.
What You'll Do:- Conduct on-site visits for pool construction, renovation, and seasonal service projects
- Assess client needs and evaluate property and pool system conditions to craft tailored solutions
- Create detailed written assessments and accurate project estimates using quoting software
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (account managers, operations, service) to ensure successful project execution
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle
- Review contracts before final handoff to account management to ensure alignment and accuracy
- Drive lead generation efforts across all service offerings, including seasonal and construction services
- Build relationships with builders and property management firms to expand business opportunities
Tools & Technology:- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and lead tracking
- Estimation and quoting tools for accurate, professional proposals
- Mobile applications for field data collection and real-time updates
- Project management software (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project) for internal coordination
- Digital systems for documentation, inventory tracking, and client communications
What We're Looking For:- Experience in pool construction, residential contracting, or a similar field
- Strong knowledge of pool systems, construction processes, and industry regulations
- Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-able to translate technical info clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to job sites
