Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

Salary: £26,000 FTE + 10% Performance-Related Bonus

Heineken UK and Acosta Europe are seeking Field Sales Executives to join our team across London.

Acosta Europe is a reputable business that values its people. As part of one of the world's largest Sales and Marketing agencies, we are looking for a Field Sales Executive to represent our partner Heineken, aiming to increase brand awareness and sales of a new product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our brand by building strong relationships with key decision-makers in stores across your territory, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage and drive the success of your assigned area using your entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Increase brand awareness, educate clients on new product opportunities, and implement store activations.
  • Work independently, managing your workload effectively to meet targets and qualify for incentives.
  • Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, with clear development opportunities for engaged employees.
  • Join a positive, honest work environment where performance and success are recognized and rewarded.

Skills and Development:

Develop relationship-building, product knowledge, commercial awareness, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales; applications from motivated individuals in other sectors are also welcome.
  • Passion for our brands, drive, and tenacity to succeed.
  • Full manual driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
