Field Sales Contractor - High-Earning Potential + Path to Full-Time Account Executive

About the Role

We're currently hiring Field Sales Contractors to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to break into tech sales, build real-world sales experience, and prove themselves in the field.

After 90 days, top performers will have the opportunity to convert into a full-time Account Executive role with competitive salary, full benefits, and accelerated career growth.


What You'll Do

  • Be in the field daily (6+ hours): onsite cold visits, prospecting, meeting potential clients, and closing deals
  • Build and own a pipeline of business accounts in your assigned territory
  • Represent Club Feast with confidence, energy, and professionalism
  • Research, identify, and target high-value prospects
  • Work closely with a winning sales team that thrives on collaboration and success

Compensation

  • Fixed hourly rate or flat contractor fee (open to discussing both)
  • Attractive commission structure with significant upside earning potential
  • Opportunity to convert into a full-time Account Executive role after 90 days based on performance
