We're looking for full-time Field Sales Agents to take on immediate Sales & Marketing campaigns with GROWTH into leadership positions. The position takes on account management responsibilities with the world's largest clients. Applicants must be highly motivated, sports-minded, well-organized, ambitious, and "people first" oriented. The Field Sales Agent will be responsible for conducting in-home presentations, addressing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities as our Field Sales Agent:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issues
- Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele
