The Field Replenishment Technician is responsible for maintaining supply and consumable levels in their assigned territory by monitoring their fleet, delivering and installing toner cartridges and other supplies to printers and copiers, and maintaining and reporting inventory every week, as well as conducting moves and installations of office equipment.
The pay range for this role is $18.00-$24.00 Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Retrieve, deliver, and restock supplies at client locations based on incoming supply requests.
- Installation of toner cartridges and other supply items in office equipment across multiple client sites.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts of consumable items (toner, staples, drums, collection units, etc.) at client locations and update inventory management software accordingly.
- Repackage used supplies and send them out for recycling.
- Assist with or conduct printer and copier moves and installations.
- Adhere to client sites' rules, regulations, and security protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Reliable personal transportation and an acceptable driving record.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong detail orientation skills.
- Basic computer & networking skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a clean, valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with or an ability to quickly learn advanced or industry-specific software applications.
- A strong aptitude or a background in IT, mechanical, or technical skillsets.
