Salary: $108K-$125K (based on region and experience)

Position Overview
We're seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support access and reimbursement for a specialty pharmaceutical product. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you'll work directly with healthcare providers to overcome access barriers, deliver payer education, and coordinate across specialty pharmacies and patient support teams.
Ideal for someone with deep reimbursement knowledge who thrives on provider interaction and wants to make a difference in patient care.
What You'll Do
• Manage your territory and build provider partnerships
• Educate on access pathways, payer challenges, and support services
• Triage prior authorizations, appeals, and denials
• Navigate complex Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer issues
What We're Looking For
• Solid experience with prior auths, appeals, and denials
• Understanding of buy-and-bill or specialty pharmacy models
• Familiarity with co-pay and patient assistance programs
• Skilled in resolving access barriers-even without PHI
