May Start Date - Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) - TEXAS
Hybrid Role Full-Time Field + Remote Admin Fridays
Territory: Texas 60%-80% Travel (residing in Houston, El Paso, Austin, or Dallas)
Salary: $108K-$125K (based on region and experience)

We're seeking an experienced Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support a specialty pharmaceutical product. This high-impact, client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving access and reimbursement challenges and enjoys building strong relationships with providers. Expertise in Retail and Specialty Pharmacy, including prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and provider education.
Field-based role covering the Texas etc. territory
Key responsibilities: Territory management, training provider office staff, and navigating complex reimbursement challenges
Must have experience with:
Prior authorizations, benefits investigations, appeals & denials
Medicare & Medicaid knowledge, including local payor landscape
Navigating access challenges when PHI is unavailable
Escalations, commercial co-pay approvals, and patient assistance programs
Staying updated on drug policies, FDA indications, and reimbursement changes
