SUMMARY
Direct Line is a high growth global technology services company with primary focus in providing design, integration, installation, maintenance and managed services to well-known data centers and technology companies. Direct Line is backed by private equity firm and headquartered in Fremont, California with additional locations in US, Asia-Pacific and Europe. We are looking for a highly energetic, result oriented, passionate, and hands-on Project Coordinator with a desire to join a growing team. The person should be self-starter, adaptable with attentive to detail and able to work with minimal supervision.
The Field Process Administrator will be a key member of our operations team and will support our Operations Managers with administrative duties. This position does not require industry experience but does require a strong work ethic and organizational skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Assist the East Coast and West Coast Field Managers with day-to-day administrative functions.
Maintain and monitor Regional Organizational Charts
Organizing, attending, and participating in operations meetings
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
Assist in following up with all ADP Employee Groups daily to ensure that all punches are accurate, and Job Numbers/Cost Codes are allocated appropriately
Ensure all New Hire Training Hours are recorded in ADP
Ensure all Timecards are approved by each employee and manager each pay period
Provide administrative support as needed
Assist with submitting Requisition Requests
Coordinate, manage, and submit Travel Authorization Forms
Submit and keep record of all Direct Line & Agency Termination Forms
Submit and keep record of all IT Termination Forms
Chair and facilitate meetings as appropriate and distribute minutes to project team members
Maintain and monitor Travel Technicians Spreadsheet
Monitor and track Agency Conversion Spreadsheet to assist with potential conversion conversations
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize team efforts effectively
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years' experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Good understanding of building networks.
Ability to plan and organize a team effort.
Good client management and goodwill building ability.
Capacity to motivate and boost morale of teams.
Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
Strong focus on quality and safety.
