Position Overview: Exprepss Employment Professionals is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to manage sales and compliance efforts in the New York City area. This role ensures smooth operations while maintaining regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at engaging with customers and teams.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-person meetings with customers 3-4 days per week
- Ensure regulatory compliance in the New York market
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers
- Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations
- Perform market audits to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, sales opportunities, and audits
- Work with internal teams to address customer needs
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies
Qualifications & Skills: - 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, compliance, or field operations (B2B software industry preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to travel within New York, especially the Boroughs around Manhattan
