ROLE SUMMARY The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) contractor is a brand representative for CorePower Yoga,
focused on working to increase local awareness and drive new student traffic through marketing efforts at and around the local studios. This contract position supports the national marketing team and studio leadership in executing local events and building impactful connections aimed at driving new students to the local studios and leads to the Sales team. This individual will exhibit the Company's Core Values of Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward & Laugh Together.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES - Execute Local Marketing Initiatives: Implement field marketing programs that support studio growth, including outdoor classes, studio workshops, and community events.
- Drive Awareness & Membership Growth: Generate buzz for CorePower Yoga in the local market by actively promoting the Free Week offer and special membership/class pack promotions.
- Lead Generation & Tracking: Identify and report on all marketing efforts, tracking student leads, community partner leads, and corporate partnership leads to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Community Engagement & Partnerships: Utilize the local marketing toolkit to develop and maintain partnerships with businesses, organizations, and influencers that align with CorePower Yoga's brand.
- Stay Connected to Local Trends: Monitor and leverage insights on local events, hotspots, influencers, and wellness trends to inform marketing efforts.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize and execute studio events, outdoor activations, and workshops with a focus on converting attendees into Free Week participants, class pack buyers, and members.
- Optimize Field Marketing Strategies: Maintain and continuously improve community outreach tools and marketing strategies to support studio success.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the marketing team to refine local marketing programs, offering insights and recommendations to enhance existing tools and templates.
- Key Performance Metrics:
- Number of CorePower-hosted events
- Participation in local events (external & internal)
- Total leads generated (students, community partners, corporate partnerships)
- Free Week signups, class pack purchases, and new memberships
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - Strong affinity for CorePower Yoga's brand and a passion for yoga, fitness, and wellness.
- Deep local knowledge with a natural ability to connect and build relationships within the community.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering effective professional relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Strong customer relations skills-outgoing, assertive, and energized by engaging with others.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of social media, field marketing, and event planning to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Highly organized with strict attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take full ownership of responsibilities with little to no direction.
- Autonomous and resourceful, demonstrating initiative in identifying opportunities and driving results.
- Access to a working computer/laptop with the ability to utilize necessary software and digital tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.
COMPENSATION - Hourly Rate: $14.64/hour; 10-15 hours per week
- Incentive Pay: Available based on the number of established partnerships, lead generation success, and other key performance metrics
