Job Summary
The Event & Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving field marketing initiatives to support sales and revenue growth. This position will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact events, product demonstrations, street promotions, and experiential activations to engage potential customers and generate qualified leads. The role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure event strategies align with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing events, trade shows, and experiential activations.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution.
- Develop creative engagement strategies to maximize brand awareness and lead generation at events.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to develop event strategies that drive qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
- Track event performance, lead conversion, and ROI to optimize future initiatives.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to capture and nurture leads from events.
Field Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns to support product launches and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all field marketing efforts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance event effectiveness.
