Title: Field Marketing Operations Specialist
Location: San Jose, CA (REMOTE)
Duration: 6-12 month contract with possible extension
Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00/hr

Field Marketing Operations Specialist
As the Field Marketing Operations Specialist for our client's Collaboration Field Marketing team, you will own the operations that support Field Marketing activations to deliver event details and pipeline impact measurements, including registration tracking, lead uploads, post-event summaries and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Help manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams, and report status to manager and other leaders
  • Follow applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, methodologies and best practices in the support, documentation and/or management of processes, events, and programs
  • Support event/activation management for Field Marketing
  • Request & manage Meeting IDs, Campaign Hub SharePoint Pages, & SFDC Campaigns
  • Ensure Campaign Hub is up to date with events details as they are created and changed
  • Support the Field Marketing Managers with space posts and other messages before and after each event
  • Manage & track registrations for events in flight; create & maintain related SFDC Reports
  • Post-event reporting to ensure leads are loaded, pipeline reports are correct, summary decks are complete, etc.
  • Upload attendee lists to SFDC after each event/activation
  • Maintain all team templates for Pre-Event, Know Before You Go, and Event Recaps
  • Support run-the-business operations for Field Marketing
  • Maintain all resource docs for Field Marketing processes
  • Manage bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review decks and reporting
  • Populate Event Details in Event Overview document for leadership updates
Qualifications:
  • Curious, data-oriented thinker
  • 3+ years of experience with as-a-service businesses and Field Marketing
  • Tenacious in follow ups, excellent at influencing delivery without authority
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain multiple programs and projects at once, meet deadlines, work with a team, and work individually with limited guidance
  • Desire to learn, connect the dots, understand how the overall business and strategy is impacted by individual tasks and deliverables and ability to pivot and respond to changing priorities
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office applications, esp. PowerPoint and SharePoint, and SFDC reports and dashboards
  • Understanding of Marketing, Field Marketing, and Marketing Events
