About the role As part of our continued growth, Trustpair is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our team in NYC.
Playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, you'll manage local marketing initiatives in the US to support our revenue and brand goals. Our Field Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness and lead generation, which will accelerate the sales pipeline within our North American market.
This position is NYC based, with 2-3 days required in the office per week.What you'll do:Event Planning and Execution- Benchmark local industry events; proposing additions to the global roadmap
- Organize around 10-15 trade shows per year from A-Z, as well as monthly webinars and executive dinners
- Host several yearly community events with customers, partners, and prospects
- Align with our sales team to ensure direct event contribution to building sales pipelines
- Align all event strategies with company goals and the specificities of our US market
Contribute to Local Marketing Campaign Success - Assist on localized outbound and email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with our sales team for territory-based personalization
- Localize content (SEO, decks, brochures, webinars) with the support of European teams
- Collaborate with local partners to build co-marketing initiatives
- Sync with product marketing to ensure our messaging is suited to the US market
- Provide field insights to our central marketing and product teams (regulations, competitions)
- Initiate marketing tactics to drive local marketing performance

- Strong project management and autonomy
- Prior experience in event planning and management from conception to execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to localize content and campaigns
- Prior exposure to European or international scale ups is a plus
- Native level English
