The Role
We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to build and own our event and community strategy - crafting standout moments that bring our brand to life. You'll design, execute, and scale programs across conferences, curated dinners, community activations, and more.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you'll collaborate across Sales, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing to ensure every field initiative not only delights attendees but also drives meaningful pipeline.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute the event and field marketing strategy - from flagship conferences to intimate, high-impact gatherings
- Partner with Sales and Demand Gen to create field programs that engage the right audiences and convert into pipeline
- Own the full lifecycle of events - planning, logistics, vendor management, execution, and follow-up
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to align content and messaging with GTM priorities and product launches
- Manage relationships with venues, agencies, designers, and partners to ensure a polished, brand-aligned presence

You Might Be a Fit If
- You have 2+ years experience in field marketing or event strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS or DevTools
- You're extremely organised and interpersonal
- You bring a strong sense of brand, content, and experience design to every program
- You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- You have a passion for the Gen AI space, and the future of ML/AI infrastructure
- Experience working with developer communities or technical audiences
- A track record of turning events into measurable pipeline
- Creative chops in branding, storytelling, or experiential design
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, or agencies
